What We Do
Theramed is not a research-based organization. Rather, we form strategic alliances with both domestic and international pharmaceutical/biotechnology partners to commercialize their products either along with them, or on their behalf in Canada. Our product portfolio is built in three ways:

Product Acquisition
In some cases, Theramed acquires products for the Canadian market from pharmaceutical companies whose focus has shifted to other, usually newer products. Theramed then owns these brands in Canada. (Delatestryl, Viroptic®)

Domestic Partnering
Theramed joins forces with domestic pharmaceutical/biotech companies (such as AstraZeneca Canada, Triton Pharma, Shire Biochem, Genzyme Canada) to represent select brands to Canadian healthcare practitioners on their behalf. Theramed's commercialization solutions are tailored to the specific need of the partner organization and brand and can range from:
  • Full Commercialization (Sales and Marketing)
  • Product Lifecycle Management (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, etc.)
  • Full-Service Warehousing and Distribution services
