Mr. Bourne is the founder of Bourne Partners, a middle market healthcare investment and advisory firm. Prior to founding Bourne Partners, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for TITAN Technology Partners where he was a member of the Executive Leadership Team and responsible for raising capital, acquisition analysis and strategic alliances. Prior to joining TITAN Technology Partners, Mr. Bourne worked in the investment banking field for Wachovia Securities, Inc. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management with distinction from North Carolina State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University. Mr. Bourne is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Mr. Corstorphine has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Theramed, he was on Alcon Canada’s senior management team. Mr. Corstorphine was the Vice President of the Refractive Business Unit, where he was responsible for sales and marketing of the LASIK Surgery Ophthalmology for the Canadian market. During his 20 year tenure at Alcon Canada, he also spent time as Vice President of Surgical Sales and Vice President of Account Development in surgical, pharmaceuticals and consumer products.

Ms. Allen has over 25 years experience in operations of bio-pharmaceutical companies and has been managing Theramed’s operations for 15 years. Ms. Allen was the Office Administrator at Boots Pharmaceuticals. Prior to that position, Ms. Allen held the Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator position at Organon Teknika. Before the position at Organon Teknika, she worked in the administration for Cooper Biomedical.
